Queens lawmaker submits bill to convert Mets' Citi Field parking lots into casino

A state lawmaker from Queens introduced legislation Wednesday that would allow Mets owner Steve Cohen to redevelop the parking lots around the baseball team's Citi Field into a casino and entertainment complex.
